Staff are nice especially Sophia. I was just sad that I didn't find the charm I was looking for that I saw online. She said it's out of stock.

The girl (Flora) put my bracelet together for my husband, she was amazing she did an amazing job and she was very patient with a few changes we made. I love my 2 Pandora bracelets. Thank you Flora

Associate was knowledgeable in showing me how to select bracelet , what to do about cleaning charms and upkeep. She gave helpful tips on charm selection. She was pleasant to talk to.
