Both staff members, Ara and Sophie, were very pleasant looking and neat in the well lit and tidy store. As I had already decided what to buy, I asked Ara to let me have the items I wanted. She was very knowledgeable. Upon making the selections, both the sales personnel helped in wrapping up the gifts. A memorable and pleasant experience taking up less than 15 minutes of everybody's time.

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. There was available service for me to be able to drop off my ring and get cleaned right away. Everything was good about the visit.
