Our sales consultant’s name is Deb from the stone ridge mall in Pleasanton, ca. She gave us excellent service and was so kind and patient in showing me everything I wanted in the store. She mentioned the warranty, cleaning the jewelry for free, and other ideas for my charm bracelet. I will be returning to see deb again!

I, as a customer, was higly satisfied with my purchase at Pandora today. I was in a mission to go and purchase a charm bracelet with no problem. The employees were so kind, and knew what they were doing. They even let me try on the bracelet and the lady made sure I was satisfied with the size. I would totally recommend to purchase a bracelet at Pandora and collect charms.

The overall experience was great with the sales associate. I dis not like ttb huh at the gift with purchase was not available though and that an item valued $10 less was substituted

Friendly & sweet

Alicia B was so friendly and nice. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. A couple of dog charms for my mom and a new bracelet. She grabbed them for me and showed me how to put the charms on the bracelet I picked out. I told her they were a gift for my mom and she put them in gift boxes and a gift bag. She helped me as soon as I entered was quick and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone buying a gift for someone.

I’ve been collecting for almost 10 years. I enjoy seeing the different collections from season to season. I enjoy this particular store and the one in San Mateo over all others. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
