I originally went to the Pandora located in New Park Mall seeking a specific ring, I was told they do not carrying size 5 rings at all! I asked, why would online show they had sizes available... they sent me away and just said order online. I immediately called this location, Stoneridge and had a much better experience, from the phone call to physically purchasing my ring, it was a wonderful experience at Pandora Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton, CA. Christina L was great!
