I called before coming in and the associate was prepared with merchandise and answers to my questions. My only negative is the lack of Murano glass beads and would like of more variety of them available.

The sales associate was professional and knowledgeable. She was able to exchange my bracelet because the clasp on it broke. She also unsold me easily on another item.

I liked the value of the product and price point. The warranty is also great.
