The story was pretty bust as I visited the day after Christmas. I joined a wait list to be helped and after a short wait I was helped by Francesca. She was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. I will definitely be shopping with her again.

The sale assistance are very nice and friendly, not like those who work at other locations. I have been to the one in San Francisco and the one in NewPark Mall. They were very rude and didn't even want to help when I went there.(especially NewPark Mall)
