I love the display of the charms options, and how beautiful and creative they are. I told Natalie H No.202382 that I came in for a safety chain and brought my bracelet. She showed me the choices and even told me I could purchase a bracelet opener for only 5 dollars. Which I did.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by Jenny. She was so happy and excited to help us. She showed us all our options and new options. So patient and very friendly with us. We really enjoyed our visit today.
