The employees were very welcoming. All of them were willing to help me find what I was looking for. My sales associate was also very nice and knew a lot.

My saleswomen was very nice and was easily able to communicate with us. She told us about the upcoming sale and was able to show us how a whole set of charms look together.

The service is perfect and I like how the store display the items . Normally I went to outlet one and haven’t been to regular store for long time and it’s great to go back again for my Xmas shopping . Hope I can see some more stuffs for my Xmas shopping

The Store Manager Jeni at Stoneridge mall, Pleasanton was very helpful in assisting me decide the type of charms for my bangle bracelet. She was knowledgeable and professional.

It is nice to see the charms and other jewelry in person. I got immediate assistance and the sales associate Gwendeline was very helpful.
