I purchased the new infinity knot ring to replace my beloved ring with the broken cherry blossom clip, which is impossible to fix it in store. In addition, I got the new rings with crystal bead to my daughter, what’s a amazing and pleasant shopping time, the staff Victoria V is friendly, even she is new staff to Pandora.

Mis.Gwendeline was very nice to help use, I brought my daughter to choose one Charm and Mis. Gwendeline help her, and she was very nice to understand a little personal problem. But I love all the staff they are really nice I been there two time and I love all what pandora offer. Thank you : )

The sales lady was extremely nice she answered all my questions and concerns she also showed me how to put my charms on my new bracelet and showed me how the bracelet works she also sized my wrist for the correct bracelet just for me!

This is my second visit to a Pandora store, but my first time at this location and I enjoyed myself. I went in to buy Mother's Day gifts and I was successful in doing so. Ms. Gwen was so pleasantly happy and helpful with me and my sister. We most definitely will be back to make purchases from her!
