When I go into the store the staff always welcomed me in warmly. If there are others being helped, someone is usually right with me. Coming into the same store the staff learns what I like.

We went in for help with a bracelet my wife had received as a gift. Gina noticed it was the wrong size for her and got that sorted out as well. She introduced my wife to how Pandora bracelets work vs Brighton which we were used to. While there I noted a charm that was perfect for my wife so we ended up with a second bracelet etc. Gina was very friendly and easy to work with. It seems Pandora is now on our radar. Well done Gina

Being that it was a Saturday, and the store was busy, we were greeted promptly upon walking in the store. As soon as the Manager walked over to us, she immediately began to assist the person I was with. The moment Gwen finished with the customer she was with, she immediately greeted me and began to assist me with my purchase. I was in and out of there in a decent amount of time.

Always easy to shop for the charms that I want. Sales associates are not pushy. The store is always bright which enhances the products!
