Jonell was very friendly and helpful. I went in to have my bracelets cleaned and she was very informative about the process. My bracelets looks brand new when I picked them up. Jonell helped me with picking a new charm for my bracelet along with a matching one for my sister. Definitely felt very comfortable and welcomed in the store by the entire staff.

The lady helping me was amazing, gave her opinion when asked and wasn’t to pushy if you know what I mean! Loved her !
