I found everything I was looking for, they are very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back to shop again. Their store is very organized and easy to walkthrough and I notice they disinfect after every customer.

Diana was exceptional in helping my wife and I find a present for my sister who has just given birth to a baby boy. She was knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They had a lot of selection of items and it was very easy to find things throughout the store. They were constantly cleaning the surfaces which made us feel safe. She informed me about the pandora credit card and I will definitely keep all of the perks it offers in mind. I will definitely come back and visit pandora at the falls.

Maria was wonderful in helping me choose a charm for my bracelet. She knew exactly what I wanted and showed me an excellent variety. I loved the store and how easily it was to navigate and how all of the associates were constantly cleaning the surfaces. I tried on a couple charms on my bracelet which made the purchase smoother. Maria asked if I was a credit card holder and I was and she informed me of the financial benefits which I did not know prior to her letting me know, I was glad she mentioned it. I will be definitely coming back.

Victoria helped me pick out some birthday charms for my daughter. She was super patient and let me touch and see up close anything I wanted.
