Gabriella was outstanding, she provided me with excellence customer service and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the constant cleaning throughout the store and all of the selection of items. I loved the pandora me collection and purchased a lot of items from that collection. I loved how she asked me a lot of questions to determine what I needed and what I was looking for. I also liked the touch and try on station that they have and the fact that I was able to touch and try on all of the items I purchased, it made them feel mine. I was informed about the ppc and I will definitely keep all of the good benefits in mind. I will definitely be visiting Gabriella and the falls team again for sure.

Everyone in the store was happy & welcoming. It was a spotless store, which is very inviting. The sales assistant was very pleasant & quick, which I liked.

gabriella was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. finding all of the merchandise i needed was a breeze. i loved how all of the associates were constantly cleaning all surfaces with disinfectant. i was asked if i was a card holder and i definitely am but i’m glad gabriella told me about the 6 months no interest. i was also able to see some items in their touch and feel and i got to see a variety of charms and bracelets.
