I love the fact that they treat like Pandora Royalty; as they should, lol. If they don't have what I want they will call around until they find it. I have never ever had a bad experience there.

The sales associate was very nice and she really listens what I was looking for. She even recommended the Winnie the pooh charm and I loved it. The manager was really nice too and very helpful. I’m going to come back to that store and talk to my sister about the good experience I had. Thank you
