I was greeted when entering the store. The customer service was awesome and didn’t have to wait. Also, i was help with what i couldn’t decide on. There where verily friendly and helpful.

The store was not crowded and I was able to take my time. Johanna was very helpful.

They helped me with everything I needed and if I had any questions they will kindly answer them. They also had patience to show us the catalogs.

The Pandora store at The Falls shopping mall is the best! The store is always decorated perfectly for every holiday, lots of merchandise available, and the staff is excellent. The manager is a real sweetheart.
