I came in during the 45% off sale, and I was pleasantly surprised at the availability of items. There was only one item that I wanted to see that was not available. The store was very busy, and they were prepared with plenty of staff. I never felt rushed in making a decision, or hurried because the store was busy. Janell showed me everything I wanted to see and answered any questions I had. She was pleasant and very friendly! Great salesperson, Awesome Sale. Happy Me!!!

I am aware that Pandora's are franchised. I live walking distance from Dadeland's Pandora. After another bad experience there, I went on social media to vent. People that I don't know advised me to try the Dadeland store where everyone was kind and courteous. I visited the store and shop there now.

The service was great. We were helped as soon as we walked in. The sales associate was knowledgeable and very polite. Overall, it was a great experience.
