Upon my arrival, there were three associates in front of me who did not acknowledge my presence until I finally asked for assistance. Had I not been gift shopping, I would have walked out. When making the purchase, the counters were unorganized and other customers and I had to move around each other because there wasn’t an ease with the purchasing process.

They were supposed to clean my bracelet however the associate only cleaned it half so we bought a five dollar and I bought a cleaning cloth and it cleaned it much better she said she didn’t clean it because one of my charms is not Pandora the rest of it is I don’t know why she had a problem so I will never go to that place again I will go to where I normally go

We were not acknowledged when we entered the store. We were nerve asked if we needed help. Two customers who entered after us were helped first. The sales clerks were not helpful or friendly. I will not return to your store in modest nor will I refer anyone. Highly disappointed in our experience.

I bought my first bracelet on 4/23/2022. One of the balls fell off three months later. I went into a different pandora and they told me my bracelet was still under warranty and it could be replaced. However their wait time was too long so i didn’t wait. I came here and was told there was no warranty and nothing could be done. The associate said she had to go ask her manager came back and said sorry it’s not covered.

I was harassed by an employee at the Modesto vintage fair mall, she refused to hold my items to their warranty and said she was going to give me nothing and I could leave. I spend hundreds of dollars at pandora and she was horrible to me

I had my bracelet cleaned. It got discolored, and I am told that the discoloration was there before despite them taking pictures beforehand. I believe I deserve reparation. The store clerks are misleading and dishonest.

I walk in with a butget and I was not given a lot of options for my budget and when I asked to see some bracelets I felt like she got mad, I informed the sales associate that happen to be the manager Megan that I own a bracelet and was turning dark she never offer to clean my bracelet till the end of my purchase because I over heard another sales associate offering to clean any pandora Jewlery to another customer.

The sales associate (Marena) was extremely rude. I would ask questions and she was very dismissive, had an attitude. When I asked to look at a charm she would open the doors where they’re located and then would slam them closed. I had my phone out to show her the gift card number I had and she literally grabbed the phone out of my hand. I’ve always had a great experience, but this specific sales associate is unbelievably rude and her behavior was uncalled for.

Employees were not helpful with determining if the product could be returned at another location. Only a manager could do the return and she was the only one helping a customer with a sale. She allowed all four of the other employees to stand around while she helped someone who was looking through a catalog rather than asking them to assist so she could quickly help us.
