The girl was flirting with my husband wanting to ask personal questions about us! But other then that I love the jewelry So much it's gorgeous and not so expensive

The sales rep continued helping with other associates and their customers while i was conducting my transaction with her. She was not very personable maybe because they were busy but walking into the store and two reps were standing around talking about something that happened between a boy and girl and they did not acknowledge me while i stood at the counter for help.

service is usually great, but during this visit i had complications with my return. So, instead of exchanging i decided to leave the store and just order my new items online.

Everything was fine when I went to go in the store and shop. Purchased what I needed and left. What I didn’t expect was receiving a handwritten note mailed to my house in an attempt to get VOC up a few days later. That’s definitely wild and I don’t think my address should be used like that. I get it’s supposed to be sweet but I was super weirded out by it.

Have a problem with a couple of charms not closing properly found them on the ground not latching properly they rigged it and said the problem was fixed well this morning found in in my sweater sleeve.

Associate had no idea what I was trying to purchase and would not listen for me to explain. In fact all 3 of the associates didn’t know and were trying to get me to buy something else.

The girl who helped me was kinda rude

Marena M no. 164776 at the Modesto Mall location was horrible. Went in to buy two rings for myself and didn’t even greet or help us right away. I asked if there were a certain spot where all the rings were she told me they were all around the store with an attitude like she didn’t want to help us. After looking through a catalog she finally pulled out all the rings in my size I felt like I couldn’t look properly cause she was just annoyed or irritated with me. After trying on four ring she said to keep in mind that she’d have to clean all those rings after which just me feel uncomfortable like she was mad that I was trying to find the perfect ring so I just took the two rings that I picked from the ones that I tried on cause I felt uncomfortable trying more rings on would not go back to this location if she’s still working there

Sales associate not knowledgeable about charms in stock. Could not give recommendations about 50th birthday charms or 21 St birthday gift charms. Store manager was haughty in handling an item I had previously purchased that had broken. The class of bracelet broke in half.

I usually go in and look at the Disney section. My Husband brought me in this day for an anniversary gift and the lady that helped us just wasn't upbeat and helpful. Usually the ladies being the counter can't wait to show me things. We bought a Bracelet and two charms. The lady didn't want to give me a box to pit it in when I don't wear it. I just didn't get the fun experience we usually get. My Husband and I actually talked about how low of energy the two ladies behind the counter were.
