Alexandra wasn't the sweetest worker but overall helped me find what I was looking for. My past experiences have been 10x better.

I ordered online the bracelet was to big it was a 23 I need a 20 they did not let me exchange it I ended up purchasing another one I love my bracelet but not this part of the experience

There was no acknowledgement when I walked into the store. The girls were in an out the back room. It took a while to be assisted for a pick up that was on hold. There was no " be right with you" or anything they just looked at me standing at the register.

My associate needed help with our transaction and the other associate was terribly rude to our girl. I could tell she was embarrassed and I pointed out how rude she was. That should not happen in front of customers.

When I went to the store, the cashier asked if I wanted to apply for the credit card and I would receiver 10% off my purchase even if I wasn't approved. When I was about to pay they denied the 10% and made a big fuss about it. We spent over $400 but they made us pay separately because after all the fuss they did gave us 10% off but off of 1 item. They never told us anything before applying for their credit card and then after we chose our items thats when they told us we couldn't get 10%.

I was not attended to with the same level of service as the other customers.

Such a complicated return/exchance policy! I don’t understand why in the world you HAVE TO make the exchange ( that was my case, I didn’t want a return ), right away/immediately. In a hurry ( ‘cause I had a dr appointment ) . They don’t give you a store credit to come back later and choose something else with time to enjoy it. No good.
