While the sales associate did offer assistance with suggestions of charms that I might like, she was a little pushy with things that I wasn't interested in. Felt like she was on commission and wanted to make a sale.

Nothing was wrong, just that my experience was everything a pleasant visit to any store should be.

Sales associate was on her very first day and seemed very nauseous. Understanding poor girl tried her best.

I wanted a ring that was in your store, but the size wasn’t in stock. Other than that we had a great experience and will be purchasing from there again.

It was just really expensive. I felt like it was way over priced for what I was getting and nobody explained why it was so expensive. Was there something special about the jewelry?

Pandora has a gorgeous selection of items but unfortunately, the item's prices like the charms are way too high.. especially for things that end up rusting. I wish the charms were made out of white gold or a material that would not rust. If that was the case, I wouldn't mind the price as much.

Everything was great the workers were so polite. The only problem I had was they should've took my wife's ring size first before purchasing it. We thought they only had one size in rings

It's December, the busiest shopping season. I stopped in the store and said hello to Vickie as she was with a customer. I quickly browsed through the busy store then left. I did some other shopping and returned later. I was doing some Christmas shopping and purchased a couple of charms.

It is always a very good experience when I’m in the store. The sales staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t rarely give a perfect rating because I always believe there is room to improve.

I was not allowed to look through the charms as when I visited the other site and while I understand safety, was a little more difficult for me.
