I thought I was getting one of your deals. But I ended up paying full price.

There are so many things I wanted to buy but had to have to wait.

Not much selection at the store.

I felt very rushed when looking at merchandise. The associate did not extend a friendly energy that made me feel as though i can continue to look around, just felt very rushed.

I spent nearly $300 and I was even offered a clasp opener. Only certain charms were available

I came in store before 2 boys and they were waited on before me with 2 different associates even though 1 associate got help and specifically said I needed help

I went in for an exchange and it was more complicated than expected. I had to help do the math properly based on my original discounts to get the total correct.

The prices are very expensive plus it needs to come with a lifetime warranty when you send so much.

I don’t really like that all the charms are hidden and you need to know what you’re looking for to get what you want I would like them more of a clear case to see options
