I was not highly satisfied just because the rings i was looking forward to purchasing we’re not available. I always find some kind of trouble just because I have chubby fingers but the employees tried to help me as much as possible. I just felt a little intimidated.

I was not satisfied with how long it took for a representative to help me. I was skipped over multiple times when waiting. I seen some associates talking with each other and not reaching out to see if I needed assistance. At this point, I had to ask if I could see a ring. I was then told, “ After I’m done with my customer”. I totally understand waiting but I was skipped in line as an associate helped someone who was there after me. At this point, the manager came out and she was VERY friendly and helpful. If it wasn’t for her I doubt I would be returning. I love Pandora and the quality jewelry. But, it seems like a better method needs to be implemented towards helping customers in an orderly fashion to ensure it is fair.
