The lady who assisted was very friendly and helped me stay within budget. She even showed me different methods to wear the rings and how to select them. I did not feel pressured to purchase something outside of my comfort zone, even though I was introduced to styles I was not used to.

The sales person’s name was Jacqueline. She went out of her way to help me. I was making a braclet of memories for the year that I lived in Turlock. I told her what my ideas where and she showed me the perfect charms to go with my ideas. Such a pleasure to work with!

The lady helping was super nice and helpful even after I made her get so many rings out she still didn’t even show a sign of being bother. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

I told the store assistant what I wanted and she quickly pulled out the items that I requested. There was a special going on at Pandora for a free bracelet with a $100 purchase. I had not chosen beforehand the bracelet that I wanted and the store assistant was very kind and pulled out several bracelets that I wanted to see. I felt comfortable and not rushed when making my choice. I was in and out quickly. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the Pandora pieces I purchased and I love my free bracelet.
