The knowledge of their product, the friendliness of the salesperson"s"-just their general attitude. They seem to enjoy their jobs. My returns have always been no problem, along with them having to reach out to other stores for a charm for me.

I found the bracelet that I wanted. I plan on returning to buy rose gold charms. I like the selections available.

My husband and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store by a sweet smiling face. We were given space to explore and when we were ready for assistance we were given exceptional customer service.

Associate 144330 was amazing, very friendly & knowledgable. My daughter bought me ear rings from the Emeryville CA store for my birthday, for what ever reason, I could not get them in my ears. She tried to exchange them, but was told it’s been over 30 days, you are stuck with them! It was about 40 days since purchase and was only 5 days after she gave them to me. I just happpened to be near the pandora store in Modesto, stopped in and asked of the return/exchange policy. Gina explained everything to me and I came back 2 days later and exchanged them for a beautiful bracelet. I have told my daughter to not shop at the emeryville store ever again, but to shop in Modesto CA. Gina (store manager) was an absolute delight. So sweet, friendly, adorable, helpful, professional, welcoming and just all around a wonderful person, which made my exchange a breeze. I will be back
