I was in the market for a very nice gift for my sisters 55th birthday and was able to select a beautiful bracelet with a beautiful "sisters" charm tp go with it. I also purchased the cleaning set so she can keep it clean and cleaned appropriately. My sister absolutely loved her gift and that made my day! Thank you for the great customer service which is very important to me. We will be back soon as my birthday is in February and we will be purchasing the "Sisters combo" charm where half the charm will go on her bracelet and the other half on mine. :-)

While looking at the selection, there were only certain styles showed. When I advised the sales associate what I was looking for, she went a step further to show me other items and other colors available. I ended up going with something completely different than I expected I loved it.

I found what I needed easily. The sales associate was very nice and helpful. I like the bracelet I purchased and it is a nice quality.

High quality of jewelry. I love Disney and get great charms that are not available any place else. But seriously need JUST a Maleficent charm without the other two in the collection.

Every time I go into the store I am always greeted by friendly associates who not only help me find exactly what I am looking for, but they are knowledgeable around their product and help me to shop with ease. I always have a great experience shopping there.

I walked in the store and although the clerks were busy, there was one waiting for what looked like me, greeted me and helped me immediately. I expected to wait for a little bit since it is a busy season but to my surprise I did not have to wait. That encouraged me to buy what I like and hadn't planned on buying. ☺

Was approached in a timely manner. I explained to the sales associate Marena M. that I was wanting two identical bracelets with identical charms on both, as I was keeping one of them and giving the other one to my best friend as a Christmas present. She was very helpful with showing me bracelets & charms and how each one looked on the bracelet to make my final descision on what I wanted. I was looking at the catalog a few days later and realized two of the Best Friends Soft Pink Enamel & Clear CZ, 791950CZ, shows two charms in the catalog and I only received one charm on the two I bought. So now I’m going to have to find out how to resolve this issue before Christmas.
