I was highly satisfied as I always am. The knowledge of the product /products & the friendliness of the sales associates are a breath of fresh air. It is so very nice to actually have people nicely dressed, knowledgeable (or at least always ready to find the correct answer for you - not just "I don't know."), & genuinely happy to be doing their jobs.

I entered the store just to see if there was anything new that may interest me. I have several bracelets and looked at charms. After selecting a few charms, my attention took a detour to the flat bracelet. I changed my mind, purchased the flat bracelet with two charms. It takes practice to put on a new style bracelet.
