Marena, Isabel, and Sara were amazing. Came in for a return and to get a new charm and they helped me select the best one for my girlfriend. We went back and forth for a little to decide the best one. They saw I had a motorcycle helmet so they talked to me about that for a while and I thought that was cool. Best customer service
