The wait time to go into the store was very well organized and felt very safe during this Covid era we are living.

I was very satisfied with the way staff were handling the lines, as we waited Ivette was handing out a booklet so we could have an idea of what to ask for when we entered the store. The store was very clean and every time I touched a ring ivette immediately placed it into a sanitation box.

They had social distance and service was great with Megan.

Waited to get into the store due to covid however, once I was in the sales associate knew about the products and recommended certain items to secure charms on bracelet. Did an exchange very quick and luckily items where in store. Informed me of the warranty which I had no idea about. Showed us charms we might like according to our conversation regarding our likes.
