The sales associates were knowledgeable and helped me decide on my purchases. They were patient and pleasant. The service was quick but I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

I feel like the sales associate, Jolie, was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She showed me many options of bracelets and charms and frequently checked in to make sure she knew what I wanted. She also explained my sizing for "in store" and "online" purchases...which is a little confusing.

One item was not available. It may b discontinued.infinity charm. Didn’t have bracelet size needed.but they said return later for an exchange. T v add offering charm or deals didn’t state an expiration date for free charm with purchase. .
