I have never purchased anything from Pandora before. I was feeling a little anxious about having to make all of my choices but your sales associates made it very welcoming and I appreciated it so much.The experience was very pleasant and easy-going.

The store was extremely packed. Too many shoppers and not enough room. Hard to look at merchandise, too crowded. When someone finally helped us she was so nice and took time to show my 8 yr old grandson many styles of jewelry. He was looking for something for his mother. She was very patient with him and he made a beautiful choice. The pic at the end was the kicker!!
