Isabel J was very pleasant and helpful. She was patient and helped me pick out charms for a bracelet I plan to gift out. She gave great suggestions that helped me get a nice gift.

I had just walked and was looking when I was approached by the sale associate and asked if I needed help. She was very helpful in showing me what I was looking for and the transaction was quick and I didn't feel like my time was wasted. She greeted me with a smile and seemed to really enjoy working there which made everything more pleasant.

The sales associate Alaina was very helpful in helping me buy charms for myself and also as a gift. She came to me and attended me with excellent customer service.

Allison was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The lady new a lot about the charms and was very engaging in conversation. They helped clean my bracelet while we were shopping for charms and when my aunt had questions she answered all of them.

I went to exchange an item I purchased online and it was fast and easy. They accommodated me right away.

I was greeted immediately. All questions were answered and I was given several choices to choose from. The store was very clean and shiny! All employees seemed to love what they do.

I like that as soon as I walk in the girls say hi to me some of them even call me by my name. I like the selections they have and that they’re patient with me because I like to look at a lot of the charms, before I select my pieces that I want to purchase.

as soon as i entered the store i was greeted with a smile. they helped me do my return and help me find the perfect bracelet size. after that i went on to see the charms considering this was my first bracelet. they were amazing help while finding the perfect charm.

I just want to take the time to appreciate the customer service in Modesto Pandora. Jolie has been excellent, in customer service and taking the time for our questions. Not only taking care of our questions and requests. She anticipates, our questions and is on point with my wife’s needs and concerns.
