The sales rep Kenzy helped me in every which way, suggesting charms that would go great on my bracelet, showing me all the new items that came in, polishing my charms, doing everything she possibly could to help me out and make my experience the best I've ever had coming into the store. She was so kind and thoughtful showing concern for my purchases, my charms, my bracelet and even my stories that I might have ended up boring her with. She was efficient with every movement she made and wasted no time to get me the charms that I wanted to look at. I could tell that the sales reps that were there were amazing at their jobs too, but more people need to be like Kenzy with the amazing customer service she provided. She did everything and beyond with such care and expertise. Either way, without a doubt, best customer service I've ever had in my entire life and I would definitely come back another time, especially if it meant be able to be helped by Kenzy again.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the sales associate was really helpful. I didn’t know my wrist size and she was very nice in helping me and even picking charms to add to my bracelet. She was very friendly and made it a great experience!

I was not satisfied because I purposely went there to get the Jewelry Box and you only had a few in the store to accommodate your long time customers. So I never received one and I probably never will.
