i came in for a ring and thankfully the associate found my size, she made some recommendations to go with the ring, but i’ll be back another day for those!

I walked into the store, totally crowded. Which is understandable there is a promotion running. And its days away from Valentine's Day. I walked around looking at displays to see if they may have one particular charm I am looking for. No one greeted me nor ask did I need assistance. But I overheard someone greet a gentleman that came in minutes after me. As I was walking towards the door to leave, Jocelyn had finished assisting someone and offer assistance. I had told her I lost my previous bracelet and wanted to try to replace some of the charms if I could. She took time talking to me and helped me style my now bracelet. I was glad she was there working today. I purchased new charms and left a very happy woman.

Sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I am very satisfied with this Pandora Store because I arrived like 15 to 20 before closing and Valeria Z helped me with purchase she took the time to show me the jewelry and was very knowledgeable of items I purchased great job Valeria o and big plus she speaks the Spanish Language because I’m not that fluent with the English Language GREAT JOB VALERIA

As soon as I walked in a was greeted so kindly!! I got checked on so many times, and although I just wanted to come in and look I left out with a handful.
