The sales associate was polite and helpful. She even the gifts for my wife. I suggested to stop at pandora on Tennessee when we go down.

I went into the store and needed my ring replaced because gems have fallen off. The whole process was 15 minutes and the sales associate was very nice. It was a very easy process and I am extremely happy with the outcome.
