The sales manager was very friendly and accommodating. Her knowledge of the pricing and quality of the different bracelets was amazing. She acknowledged my special occasion visit and was all around pleasant.

Staff were polite and helpful. The merchandise was available and easy to find. However I wish there had been a special currently.

Initially the sales associate didn’t know that Pandora made the charm I was looking for, but the other associate informed her which one I was talking about. Both associates were very friendly and helpful.

I was given a bracelet as a gift and I was very excited as I’ve always wanted one. It was a little snug and I was frail once I added charms it wouldn’t fit so I called the pandora store. They said as long as it looked new it could be exchanged without the receipt. I was glad of that as I didn’t want to tell the gifter that it didn’t fit. So I went to the store the associate was Ike absolutely no problem. It still had the tags on it. She exchanged it and registered it and told me it had a heat warranty. She was super friendly and let me look at her bracelet. Glad it was so easy as I’ve never had to return something without a receipt before and I felt super awkward.

Pandora is very unique and I love shopping the store, the associates are friendly and helpful.
