The sales a associates remember us from previous purchase And she was patino thru the process of my girls selecting their first pandora.

Since it is so close to Christmas, it was packed of course. They warned me of a wait which is completely understandable. An associate came and found me a couple minutes later. I told her what I was looking for, she showed me what was available, and I purchased and was on my way. Great experience!

Sales associate was new, but good. Store was crowded, due to holiday shopping, but easy to move through. Everyone was friendly.

My visit was five days before Christmas and the store was very crowded. The associates were very organized and ready for the crowd. My selection was easy to pick and the item was in stock. The associate gift wrap my purchase and I was out the door in approximately 20 min.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product I wanted, she was very helpful with questions about the jewelry in general and gave me a box for earrings I ordered online. Excellent customer service.
