I knew exactly what I was coming for. When I told associate she went right to you. I was in and out within 10 min.

The assistants and the manager working at the store were very knowledgeable of the products. They were courteous and were able to help me with exchanging a limited edition bracelet to obtain the proper size (which a customer service member/manager from another city helped to orchestrate). Additionally, the one manager informed me and my husband that the Harry Potter charms were on a limited contract and that they may not be available after this year (which prompted my husband to purchase several for me during this visit). The team also called over to a sister store to see if a golden weave bracelet was available. I appreciated the help and the effort the team went through to assist me. I have been very satisfied with my experiences at this Pandora store.

Staff was very helpful, for age. Was very pleased with the selection they had in the store, with it being such a small space. Had a little wait due to the amount of other customers but that is expected, but overall great atmosphere.

I felt that our sales associate was very well-versed and had a vast knowledge of the items and charms we were looking for. I even noticed that she stopped to help another associate locate an item she was looking for. She assembled my bracelet for me and fitted it perfectly for my wrist. Very competent and polite and helpful.
