Great service what I wanted

this was me and my husbands 1st time in a pandora store and the associate was very helpful and helping us piece my bracelet together. and was very knowledgeable of the pandora jewerly family that can be offered.

Shyla was very friendly and didn’t mind answer all my questions. Showed me how to put on charms and bracelet.

I visited the Pandora store on Valentine's Day to buy my daughters a gift, the line was long, however, the customer service was very good, the sign in process made it a smoother process. The line went pretty fast in consideration of the amount of people waiting. Shilah, was a great help in picking out charms for my girls.
