This was a surprise gift from my husband. Wanted birthstone necklace for my grandbabies. Very helpful manager, who gave me many options to choose from.

The atmosphere was pleasant it was very clean. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and offered me suggestions on products. The overall shopping experience was very good. As always the store was very neat and clean.

Pandora did not have the size bracelet I needed and they made it their business to get the right size from a sister store from across the street . They had it sent over instead of sending me over to the sister store to purchase it .

The sales associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise and we were happy with the availability. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly. We always have a good experience going into that store!

The staff were all knowledgeable, very courteous, and they treated me as though I was their main customer. I was given significant attention and they took the time to show me several charms and even checked online to look for availablikity if the charms not in store.

I live the styles of all charms and everything else!! Im very happy that Pandora is coming up with so many new styles, like Harry Potter etc. im also waiting to see when super heroes are coming!!!
