The sales woman was very nice. She handled having more than one customer very well and let us know she’d be with us shortly after the other customer. She spoke us like friends and knew exactly what we wanted and found it with ease.

I love this location staff are always welcoming and very professional. This is one of my favorite location. I had a bad experience at the Polaris location and believed I will just stick to the Easton location. Even with my bad experience at the Polaris location it will not stop me from going to pandora. I am disappointed about my visit at Polaris and the only response I received was they will follow-up at that location, as much as I purchase from pandora that wasn't not okay. But enough about that Easton location is Great, thank you!!!❤👏🏽

I was in a hurry, and stopped to purchase a last minute gift for my best friend who is going this a rough time. Although I seemed to be in a hurry, the sales associate took the time to sanitize the areas that were touched by her previous customers. Latoyia and I had very meaningful conversation. She took the time to listen, shared her own experiences related to my own, and made me feel truly cared for. Although I was experiencing anxiety about running late, Latoyia's sincere and caring words literally calmed me down, while she continued to complete my transaction in a timely manner. I left feeling less stressed, and truly cared for. I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with Latoyia. I will not soon forget her or the brief yet encouraging conversation that we shared. This was truly an inspiring shopping trip!
