I broke my one of my Pandora bracelets and took it in for repair. I was told that that if my bracelet was less then 1 year from the time of purchase; my braclet will be replaced for no charge. 1 week later I was notified to come pick up my replacement. I picked up the bracelet and even got a free cleaning. Melanie was great. She is highly knowledgeable and professional. Good choice on Asst. Manager for the Pandora store.
