The girl who helped me was very very helpful. She was very nice and sweet. She was also very patient with me while my card was unfortunately not working.

I was able to find the charms I wanted for my fiancée. The sales girl was able to direct me to the right ones quickly. She did a great job getting me in and out of store quickly.

The Easton Columbus, Ohio store is in a good location. The staff were friendly. Although the store is small and only has 2 staff members working. The store was extremely busy and I didn't mind waiting.
