The ordering was easy and once I was at the store the size I had ordered was too small. The sales associate was able to get me the correct size with no hesitation. I end up buying a charm as well

Everything was nice everyone was friendly. The store is small so when it got crowded it made it a little uncomfortable.

The woman who helped us was very sweet. She was upbeat and happy to help and she answered all of our questions honestly. This was the first time I’d been in store since covid and I was highly satisfied.

They greet you when you come in the door they try to help you pick out stuff and help find what you want

So I was glad that the prices on what I needed was not too bad! I had been used to Shopping at Jared Jewelers for all of my Pandora needs till they quit selling it. The only thing I don’t like is the Location of the store! I usually do not shop in the Mall! Thank You
