I called in ahead of time to see if the Easton Store had the Artist Palette in stock as well as a pave clip. I spoke with Noelle J. and she pulled the items and set them aside for me. When I went it the items were ready to go. She was so kind and friendly. She offered to show me other items but I was only interested n these 2 things on this day. I lost me son in December and he was an accomplished artist. This charm is in memory of him. The Pandora bracelet I have specifically honors him and our family. I have mentioned before that I would like to see more sophisticated charms to do with son and family. The curly script that is "over done" is not at all my style and looks rather "cheap" to me. I am sure your demographic is more that style but I would hope that you would strive for a few things with a bit more sophistication.

The staff was extremely friendly and .ade me feel welcomed. I didn't feel like a dollar sign or that anything was pushed on us. They also answered all my questions and made any worries I had disapear.

I was making an exchange for my mother, who was not with me, and the sales staff was super friendly and patient with me while I picked out something else for her. She offered suggestions and searched the store for other bracelet sizes. I also appreciated her wrapping up the gift for me to give (back) to my mom. :)

I was greeted upon entering the store and the sales lady helped me find what I was looking for quickly. It was a great shopping experience.

The employee Aliysha was so kind and helpful! I told her what I wanted and what I was looking for and she found it in seconds! I was in and out the store in 20 minutes tops

Alishya was pure pleasure to work with. She previously helped me during my very first visit. She is very friendly and makes the in store experience great!
