Walked right in and we’re immediately helped by 2 sales associates who were knowledgeable about the products and which items were the newest releases.

The ladies in the store were WONDERFUL! Katherine was very patient and professional, Elaine was extremely helpful as well. The ladies in the Easton store are doing a wonderful job!

I ordered online and was displeased with it. So I went to the store and looked around and found the perfect piece for me. I was helped and she was wonderful with making sure I was satisfied with my purchase before leaving.

We were assisted by Patience at the Easton store. She was absolutely wonderful! She helped us pick out a ring for my sisters birthday after they didn’t have the ring in stock that she originally wanted. I even bought two rings for myself. I highly recommend her. She is so sweet.

I was disappointed that Pandora didn’t have a birthstone for my new grandson that was like my previous stones. The sales associate showed me a cool way to thread the new charm so it dangles beneath the other two and makes it not seem out of place.

The sales person (Manager from Tuttle Mall) was exceptionally well versed regarding products present and future! Great Job! Keep this guy or risk losing your next District Manager or higher!
