I was helped very quickly and presented with the rings I wanted to look at. The associate gave me information on pricing and sales.

The sales lady was knowledgeable and professional and courteous

You had everything I wanted and the sales agent was wonderful and knowledgeable

It was Black Friday and they had a system down that worked. The lady at the door remembered what I was looking for.

The lady that assisted me was very attentive and patient through the whole sale. it made me feel important to her.

I was greeted and helped right away. I came to purchase 4 charms and all 4 were in stock/available. I had a question about the “Golden Snitch” charm. I had only seen it displayed on a necklace and wondered if it could be worn on a bracelet. The sales associate got a bracelet and put the charm on it so I could see how it looked. I was very pleased with my purchases and the young lady assisting me.

Bryonna was so helpful and patiently helped me with my bracelet. I’m new to pandora and was overwhelmed but she was so understanding and knowledgeable!! It was the day before thanksgiving, 25 mins before closing when we checked out but she was so sweet. Love my bracelet and will be back!!
