I always love coming into the store to browse. I feel like it’s new merchandise I’ve never seen to add to my bracelet. Even through the holiday rush it’s not a long wait time and the associates are always patient.

I went in for a clip. I was helped immediately, they were all very friendly and helpful! The advice my associate gave me was perfect.

Patience was very nice and outgoing! She knew exactly what I was looking for & helped me find the perfect gift. She was also super nice!

There were multiple people in store and a sales person said someone will be with you shortly. I think there was 4 or 5 sales people and they were helping other customers. I was helped as soon as someone got free. I think her name was India and she answered questions that I asked and she put the safety chain I purchased on my bracelet. She packaged the other one for me because it was a gift.

I was so pleased with the customer service provided by Bill. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He didn't get annoyed with any of my questions. He was fabulous.

Very classy product that old and young can enjoy

The associate that assisted me was patient, kind and willing to ask when I asked something she wasn’t sure about. She was sincere about assisting me which I appreciated.

Very good service, high quality merchandise and very kind staff members that always know how to make your visit easy and timeless. There was little bit of a wait but they moved very fast.
