Sales lady was pleasant and diligent, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Did not get frustrated despite my many questions and me constantly changing my mind

There was a girl who helped us, I think her name was Asia? I know she’s a seasonal worker and attends Fisk University. She was great and had so much knowledge of the different items. She helped us tremendously and even though my mom and I only spent on planning $150 total, we spent that EACH lol great customer service I hope to shop with her again

The sale associate wasn’t rude. She was very nice, she took her time with. She didn’t get mad when I kept switching my items. I got helped quick.

Due to the holiday rush to get gifts, I expected to wait a lot longer than I did. But after signing in, the wait time wasn't long and I was able to make my purchase and leave to continue my holiday shopping!

The customer service was awesome. The sales associate made eye contact and smiled the entire time.

The associate was great. I was shopping for a bracelet for my aunt and my cousin and I were purchasing it together so I had to send her pics for approval. The associate was great about waiting and talking me through and giving me suggestions on what to get.
