I was highly satisfied with my experience because lately i haven't been able to get my items in store and would have to wait for online but this time i walked in and out with my purchase so that was nice.

She had knowledge. She went an extra mile to find the right size by asking another employee who I said my item would fit.

Love the help and positive feedback when trying on merchandise before purchasing it. Appreciated Katherine's opinion and encouragement of selecting which item would look better on me.

Had the item I wanted, staff had on masks, they provided sanitizer if I wanted to try things on.
