The friendly associates. The willingness of the associate to show me of all the charms in the collection of the bead that I wanted to purchase for my wife. I did not feel pressured into buying more then what I came in the store to purchase.

I really enjoy the experiences I have at the Easton location. The people working there always are helpful and eager to help my sister and myself. Isabella assisted us this time and we really enjoyed our experience.

Sales person Fardowsa F. Works in the Aston location in Columbus Ohio and she was very help. She also know a lot about sale going on.

I was satisfied with my pick-up and in store purchase. The wait was a bit long, but understandable giving your choosing memorable pieces. You don’t want to feel rushed. My daughter love her Pandora charms, it was worth the wait. My sales representative was extremely helpful. She Made me feel confident with my purchases. Her one on one interaction was impeccable. I was very happy when I walked out the store!

I made a purchase during the "Buy 2 get 1 free" promotion during the lunch hour. The store was busy but an associate greeted me shortly after my arrival. I was interested in purchasing two charms that are discontinued but the associate made other suggestions based on what I was looking for. She offered to place them on the bracelet but because there were other people coming in, I told her that I would put them on my bracelet when I got home. I was in the store probably 12-15 minutes total.

The sales rep was very helpful, with helping me make my final selection in fact I brought more than I was going to because of her.

Great customer service, friendly atmosphere and good selection

The item I wanted was not available at the Easton store, I needed 3 of the same charm they only had 1, sale rep called another store which had 2. She had them put it on hold she was going there over the weekend. She would pick it up for me I paid the 3 charms I will pick them up on Monday. Good customer service well done.

The employees were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
